I recently assisted a couple of people with issues running the HomeWeather Template ALL4ONE on Windows IIS server
The issue they had was IIS wasn't allowing the JSON web extension to be served. This was causing the website template not to download and display any weather underground historical data.
We eventually worked through that issue by manually adding the MIME reference into the web.config file on their site.

Which was actually started by me but for another reason.

The template is very lightweight and I understand Tony has being beta testing the site for the developer around the use of MySQL rather than relying on WU for data sources.
